Shipping Info
Orders ship everywhere in the United States and to most parts of the world using. We use well known mail and parcel carriers and utilize only trackable shipping methods. Available shipping methods vary based on the contents of the order and where we are shipping to, and shipping rates change all the time. Current options will be offered during the checkout process.

Besides orders that contain pre-order items that are scheduled to ship on a future date, the majority of orders may take up to ten (10) business days (weekdays that aren't US holidays). Pre-order ship dates or items taking longer to turnaround are indicated on our product pages. Items out of stock or on backorder may require a slight wait.

Please use complete and standardized address formats as well as accurate payment and billing information to reduce the chance of such delays.

International shipments (destined outside of the US) may incur duties and taxes which are entirely the responsibility of our customers.

Your desired shipping method goes into effect AFTER your entire order is processed.

If you select "USPS Priority" 1, 2, or 3 day shipping, we CANNOT guarantee you will get these items in those time periods. This IS NOT expedited shipping. Instead, the postal service has renamed their priority mail services but does not guarantee that these services will deliver in the time stated. Again, this IS NOT expedited shipping.

You will receive an email with a delivery confirmation number, indicating that your order has been shipped. Orders shipping via USPS and should arrive within three (3) to seven (7) days. If you haven't received your order within 15 days of shipping, please email us with your name, account email address, and transaction number, and we will do our best to track down your order.



First class international USPS orders can take up to 8 weeks to arrive at their destination. International orders may have customs charges attached depending on the country that they are imported to. Please be advised that we do not oversee these charges and have no control over them, nor can we quote them during the checkout process.
Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

All items must be returned within 30 days (of the confirmed delivery date) for domestic orders and 60 days (of the confirmed delivery date) for international orders. Returns will only be accepted for defective merchandise or wrong items shipped ONLY. Please email for the details of your order. All returns/exchanges require an RA# that can only be provided by emailing us.

Repackage the merchandise to be returned with a copy of your original invoice. Please write the RA# on your package as well as the invoice. We will then send you a new item or refund your account for the cost of the item.


Please allow 2-3 weeks for returns/exchanges to be processed. You will receive a notification that your order has been refunded or your exchange item has been shipped out. Original shipping cost is not reimbursed on returns or exchanges.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
